jagrove.com - Balzan or Bagdad ?

This page is dedicated to Balzan Local Council and the many unsuccessful efforts they have made to fix the issues with the roads and planning in Triq il-kannizzata, Balzan.
Although I appreciate their efforts to date, after 18 months of complaints NOTHING has been resolved.
Please feel free to comment on the images they were taken on 19th April 2003. Email balzan@jagrove.com

Email us your photos from Malta to malta@jagrove.com , good & bad, for inclusion in other pages and sections that will be opened shortly

Quote from Balzan Council in a reply to one of my many complaints

"It is not always the Council who is responsible for the work. As you know the council did take action, on more than one occassion, the matter was referred to the appropriate authorities"

Obviously the aucthorities have much better things to do than to enforce the rules and regulations.

Just look at the impressive state of the NEW ROAD and please remember as a Taxpayer you are paying for this.

This road was like this 5 minutes after is was laid and months later its just the same - no suprise is it!!

A fine way to spend taxpayers money, maybe the roads department will have a look one day if they stray this way by mistake
